Thanks for watching!
Have you made any of these mistakes?
I'm a local! Finish this video she's 100% right.
Cabs usually take the tunnel from the airport
I just checked the hotels you mentioned all take resort fees now
Why do you remind me of Schumes? 😊
That guy at 13:04 really didn't want to be filmed.🤣
Slots are total scam I know this for a fact a person I knew used to get old slots from Charlestown Race track and slot. Digital ones are even bigger ripoff then the old one.
If you want to save money on a taxi at the airport, on the ground floor of the arrivals when you have passed the door where you can't go back in to the airport turn right and you can walk out of the air port , cross the road into a residential neighborhood and book your taxi from there
I do this every time as I live there
If you are going to uber at least once a day, consider renting a car thru Turo. I find that I am able to rent the car for less than 50 a day. Considering a back and forth uber might cost 40 or more, wouldn't it be nice to be able to go around town and try out some of the great locals food options? A trip the weed store, stop for lunch at Shang Noodle(check it out), the grocery store for some normal priced snacks. And best of all a chance to go drive the scenic loop(13 miles) at Red Rock Canyon. It is gorgeous.
All this for about the same cost of riding an uber one way then back to your hotel on each day.
20% tip is insanity, 10% is ok
I can't find the list in the comments 😢
We stayed at TI last week and fees were NOT optional.
The tram costs $13 for a day pass. It was not free.
Security stand near the elevators when it gets late and checks people have room keys.
Our resort fees were $100 and the deposit was $200
Our taxi from airport to hotel was $30
Visit other hotels and casinos. They have people offering special deals on shows, meals and day passes. You save a bunch that way.
If you don't want to wait in the ticket line for any visits go online and book then you can jump the line.
Vegas is not the place to visit if you're watching those pennies
“Imagine going to Vegas and getting arrested for J-walking” is something I’ve always joked about.
DEALERS. TIP THE DEALERS They are generally the lowest paid per hour employees
the tram is free? afaik you had to pay for a day pass.
Great advice. Very helpful.
Great job. Wonderful personality. Cool bathing suit.

I lived in Vegas for decades so thanks for the tour down memory lane. I am hanging out in the PHILIPPINES now. Great place to visit or retire to.

The best slots are at the airaport
Leave your check book at home

Walking like u gotta 💩
Walking like you gotta pinch off a loaf 😅
Thanks. I now know to avoid Vegas. Sounds like a lot of work. A vacaction should be relaxing. Also, I prefer pedestrian friendly places.
I love Monations! I always have the best time seeing everyone and just coming together with like minded people! After attending my first one, I will never miss it!
In your other video you said taxi cabs are not flat rate. So which is it?
Vegas is such a rip off. Whenever I turned there were new charges. Almost as bad as Disney World.
Thank you for all of these tips! These are smart
Do the shuttle busses still run?
Great tips, I’m heading to Vegas for first time for work/bringing 2 of my teens with me & trust me, I want to be safe & smart
Do I need a car during my visit? Or will it just be a pain?
#21: Going
Out of the 20+ videos I have watched about las vegas, this is the best one
Excellent !
I'm Canadian and I didn't know about the hold first time. Make sure you have at least 2000$ credit on your card.
Just take a cab from the airport.. if you came to Vegas to save two bucks your in the wrong place.
Mistake 1. Bringing your wife.
CUTE LADY,
A small but important one that will change things for travelers with sensitivity to light: remember this is a desert. You will need sunglasses or life will be miserable and you'll spend time trying to get used to being outside and inside, especially when visiting common hotspots. If you want to spend money on good ones, you need photochromatic lenses. These really "self-tint" because they have fluid in the lenses that are sensitive to UV light. Get a reputable brand like Serengeti but do NOT get plastic lenses. Those are fake and will not work. The only "negative" is trying to get used to them. They will clear up when you walk into a building away from the sun and once outside, they start to get dark. But it's handy not having to constantly shift them onto the top of your head all the time.
Not one good advice in here. Sorry
Newbie to this channel. My husband and I are going to Vegas for the first time in Jan.
NEVER use the hotel safe anywhere in the world. They are the most insecure tube you could use.
