I manage to do together with my wife a 900 pax event and the food had to be served from 08:00 to 13:00. There was a sandwich, a juice and a fruit. We managed to make it and everyone was happy. I've had one of the biggest emotion in my life, after 36 hours of craziness we managed to go to sleep. Of course there were many things we prepared days before. It was an amazing experience anyway 💪💪💪💪
This guy has his game by the throat.
Props to having the Role Model/Doomsday instrumental RIP JuiceWRLD 999

I remember working here I believe around 2015 or 2016. I think we took the 2nd truck on the 1st ever catering. It's crazy to see where Mike is now. Life is crazy and you never take anything for granted.

Went to help my friend do a catering for 650 people, and the day of I came in and it was a breeze. She had everything ready, 5 back up squeeze bottles, flat breads already made just need to put in oven, burger tops pre made, we were laughing and having fun with guests.
Thought you lost your arm for a brief second. 😅
Bros playing role model by eminem in the cooking vid… BUT I LOVE IT
Should I consider getting into catering from the get go or incorporate that into my business after I get my truck established?
