Get a wax stamp with both of your initials and use it when you send out thank you cards or Christmas cards (things of that nature) that way you do use it more

This video has come at the most perfect time for me!! It just reassured me that all the time I put into designing and ordering the luxe velvet textured Basic Invites with gold foil font + the copious hrs I’ve spent using the dots, wrapping everything with chiffon bows AND sealing the bows with a wax seal…. It was all worth it and people will maybe just maybe appreciate it :’-) thank you Jamie

Love the wax seal idea, but I recommend the kind that you can put in a Hot glue gun. My boyfriend and I made wax seals for our holiday cards last year, and we literally bought a cheap little glue gun, the wax sticks, and you don’t have to worry about the colors, the ash, and it’s super easy to control. Highly recommend
Could you do a video on all of the different parts of your wedding you should/can select a song for? I.e. first dance, exit, leaving ceremony, etc…
I am so glad you did this because I have not sent out invitations yet. It is really cool to see really little things you can do to elevate your invitation, especially the wax seals. Never would have thought to make them separate and use hot glue after. I also wanted to share what I did for my Save the Dates. I did magnet Save the dates. I uploaded a photo, got to pick the style and font I liked, and family and friends love it. They think it is so cute and they can stick it up on their fridge and use it rather than use a magnet to hold the STD.

I’m getting married in March… I’ve put in a minimum of 12 hours a day for the past 2 weeks on my invitations. I can’t even… I e designed every aspect, arranged the dried flowers on each one, and glued every scroll. It’s a lot. But I couldn’t afford $30 each for to have them made on Etsy and I couldnt find ANY I liked on any of the websites I looked at so here we are 🤦♀️
Be careful of adding extra pieces of paper to items in your envelope. Postage adds up.

Finally getting married next September on our anniversary! Will have been engaged almost 3 years. I'll be doing wax seals for my invitations but not the candle type used in this video. Using the spoon method but I would reccomend the glue gun method if you have a larger guest list. Definitely considering lining the envelopes now too! My friend is designing the invites for me so we'll discuss it and see what happens 🙂

I've been stalking your youtube videos and made two entirely different playlists. One for my dream wedding and one for doing a total DIY masterpiece. All your videos, your advice, your links. I love that my diy playlist ends in 4 different videos for 4 different budgets. I really need to know how much to tip venue coordinator and videographer tho.
