To answer the most common questions:
1 – You can certainly use a juicer to make these (as mentioned later in the video). I used the blender method in this video for those who don’t have a juicer.
2 – You do not have to add the tinctures. They just help to boost the immune benefiting properties even more.
3 – I usually take one shot per day for health maintenance. However, when I’m sick or during the height of flu season, I’ll take up to 2-3 shots per day (different recipes).
Of course, always consult with your doctor beforehand, especially if you’re on prescription meds or are pregnant.
