My daughter and her fiancé want to do stations…brunch, ultimate potato, bite size finger food and a few others. They didn’t like the idea of a caterer where options are limited and too formal like so they want to diy catering, hire college students to assemble food and manage the stations. They are only doing beer, champagne and wine for alcohol because they aren’t drinkers so minimal on that front. So far, based on the top calculations..about $5000 for 150 guests. Love this video!

The pancakes and oatmeal are for a brunch wedding. My cousin had a brunch wedding in Hawaii it was beautiful 😍

Peanut butter??? canned tuna? That´s pretty trashy. If i´m gonna serve that, i had much rather not have a wedding and elope. One gotta have some dignity and some class. particularly for a wedding.
