This was an extremely helpful video.
I am going to begin being a family mediator in my weekly family meetings and was in need of a good idea as to what family mediators actually do and what they should make sure to apply when mediating. The video fulfilled that and I have a way better idea and believe I will be able to mediate appropriately, and hopefully more successfully for the meetings after that.

Great video, Bob. Thanks for emphasizing that conflict is a normal part of being human. We all experience conflict within our families (whether we want to admit it or not) so having your mediation services is MUCH needed, today more than ever.
