I know this is a bit late, but we have the same issue with venues telling us we can or can not do certain effects. To solve that problem with the packages we do like you do but instead of getting everything we allow them for pick from a list of extras up to a certain number. Example.
Dj package for 3200 (the last you mentioned)
Pick 4 items from our extras list.
Cloud, pb, spaklers, up lights etc.
This makes it easier for them and let’s them feel empowered that they got to pick their extras they want and not stuff they don’t want. Hope this helps.

Dang are your prices way too cheap. Here in Chicago, we start at 1995.00 for just dj. Mirror Photobooth at 1375.00 for 4 hours. 40-50 per uplight. 595.00 for clouds, and 350.00 per spark machine. Raise your prices!! We make or break the party. You're worth it.

on average around the uk for 5 hrs people charge from £300 / to £650 sound , lights, dj. unfortunately people dont want to pay any more for disco's and they still try and barter you down on price :-/ . I'm also a club and radio dj and work for universal records street team . But customers still want cheap cheap 🤬 haha. Keep up the good work bro

heres a question do.you post prices online? i always havebut i know other successful DJs that dont and really price it based on the event. mainly they try to base it on what they think the bride can afford. they base that in part on the event location

Far to many djs in NY don’t have MC included it’s beyond me how come. Anyone that knows anything especially pertaining to weddings for examples know we need an MC you don’t want the dj to do both.. but it is what it is I guess I hope more people take on an MC where we are I’m not sure why they don’t
I run into the same issue with my dj packages and bundles and they want to discount a discounted package because a venue hall has uplighing which suck ass because we can change our uplight through out the evening from the static color you have and even color mix to get a specialty color.
