I don't take caffeine, read a book an hour before bed, got a CPAP machine, and sleep in a cool room and still can't sleep. This video is a waste of time.
I was never into pot but dated a woman that smoked daily
I started smoking indica at night (it should be indica, otherwise it might be counterproductive)
I went from getting 6-7 hours nightly to 8 to 10
And more importantly it's better sleep at least according to my watch
Couple of hours of rem and deep sleep, physical recovery regularly at 85 or higher
I highly recommend it
I also take melatonin 10mg
But i had been taking that for a long time
I tried the NED sleep oil last night for tue first time and got zero deep sleep as tracked by my Apple Watch. Normally I only get 20-30 mins deep sleep which is why I wanted to try
The Ned oil, but it didn’t help with deep sleep.
7 hours is pretty good
This video came out way too late.
Dont go down the cannabinoid route if u want good REM
