DAY 1 – 89.5
DAY 2 – 88.1
DAY 3 – 87.9
DAY 4 – 88.1(had cheat meal but that was fine only gained 200 grams😅)
DAY 5 – 87.6
And today Day 6 I checked my weight it was 87
I literally fell in love with this diet it is super easy ..earlier i did egg diet it worked and I reduced my weight compared to egg diet I love this 5 days diet…. the main reason was that I can see inch loss which is different from weight loss that we can't see in many diets and moreover I didnt do any exercise just had steps count of 3000 … Thank you so much for this diet😊❤

i dont do breakfst as i am a teacher and have to leave early. dont have time in early hours to prepare and eat my breakfst. i usually take my first meal at lunch hours in school at around 11 am. kindly pls pls pls make a video for ppl like me to adjust timing and calories for better lifestyle….🙏
