I kept a bucket of crap halloween costumes and accessories in a bucket and anyone that shows up at my party without a costume, gets dressed by me. The best was the gym rat all buffed wearing fairy wings, pink cowboy hat and hawaiin grass skirt. Somebody went home with the coconut bra.

I used to work weddings in Baltimore, MD. You can rent the church where Edgar Allen Poe's tomb lies for weddings. The best wedding cake I've ever seen was green with a miniature graveyard on top and a hangman's pike at a Poe-themed wedding.

My best friend got married on Halloween 3 years ago and it was so much fun. Everyone dressed up, the wedding was at night, outside, and a 6 foot gorilla married them😂

Getting married on Hallowe'en is a fine idea. That purple tie blends into all that black. Add a very thin outline bit of glow-in-the-dark puff paint to it. The purple one would do. Go a step further and put "costumes recommended" on the invitation.
