Day in my life as a Wedding Planner + How I use Notion as a wedding planning tool!

I would love some advice if you don't mind? I want to start as a wedding planner and have no clue where to even begin.

Where should I start, I was thinking with a business card, and hand it to venues? But then how do I work out my pricing? I live in a small town in South Africa with very few planners in our area so feel that there is definitely space for me.

I studied event planning & management, and have worked in the Superyacht Industry for the past 9 years (4 of them as Chief Stewardess). We do table scaping, flower arrangements, events/parties, beach setups, etc. on a daily basis, I am not scared of long hours and hard work. November last year I helped a friend with her wedding of 60 guests, to see if I liked it… spoiler alert, I had a blast.

I am terrified to start my own thing, but so ready to move land based and away from the boats.
