I wonder if I was a middle age white guy if I would be married by now? Hmmm.
Marriage is a legal contract, nothing more. Anything more than courthouse costs, is just for someone’s ego…

Goto vegas an elope where 50+ venues are all competing for your business and offer packages. Alone in my city a venue is 8k. A full package from Mandalay is the same some include a planner. Just saying think about it.
Keep it as simple as possible. And don't fall for purchasing things you nor your guests will really see or enjoy. Go digital! I recently went to a wedding where we were invited to an app to share pictures along the way. That cut back on photography costs considerably. Think past the wedding day
$50,000?.. you have money to flush down the toilet.
Just keep it simple. The bride can wear something from a charity shop. The groom probably has a suit in the wardrobe. Wear that. The rings should be below $50. Invite no guests to the reception which is a McDonald's meal between the married couple themselves.
City hall wedding and Golden Corral afterwards……then Bali for the honeymoon!!!
