Question: Do you have to get a permit from the city to have food trucks on the venue property or does the venue handles that?
What about insurance? regarding injury, food poisoning and etc.
Did you pay a fee to rent the truck, and then additionally for each meal cause when you said you paid for half up front I was wondering how that worked

Absolutely love the food truck idea! Did you have anyone that came around & picked up plates/trash afterwards? Or did the guests just take care of them theirselves?
