Is the inside button mean to be loose?

My jacket came those morning and the inside button is loose in the sense you can see the thread whereas the buttons on the front of the jacket are tightly stitched.

As a lady, I have this issue that my blazers are very snag/tight at the waist which also results in the opening at the back of the blazer opening up.. The blazer usually covers 3/4 of my behind.
