My day of absolutely IS setting everything up. We’ve discussed her role and it’s in the contract. Around me, I’ve seen many DOC’s say they decorate and set up, not just set stuff out.

My mom is a wedding planner and coordinator for a venue and I’m trying to learn more to help her ensure she has a reasonable price structure and in the near future to set up her website and create more of a digital presence. One question for you, have you ever used Loom for wedding forms or do you have any suggestions for digitizing a wedding planner’s business? I’ll be helping her create a website but she doesn’t have time between April and November because she has about 80 weddings/year at that time.

Super helpful! I've hired a month of coordinator for my october wedding and i wondered if i had to tell my coordinators exactly where all the things that need to be "set out" goes? like the seating chart and gift table ect… or will make those decisions themselves?
