You are awesome. I agree with Tali Robbins4185, You are a Godsend. I could not grasp how mail merge was done as we were definitely not taught the way you explained (i would have fair much better) mail merge. It is a shame I was not exposed to this earlier, I would have definitely faired much better than I did in college in 2003 sir. But, one is not too old to learn new tricks; especially from a tutor like you. I love your tutorials. from South Africa!!

good tutorial, the one thing i ask that you add or follow up on is when you have to deal with $ amounts in a mail merge. i had to google and watch another video on mail merges to figure out how to get my $ amounts to display correctly. for example {MERGEFIELD amount# $,0.00}: Applies a dollar format
