I have $50k in savings and $200k in equity that I was going to use to start, Commercial RE agents in Montg. Ctny, MD told me to gtfo, that I should have half a mil before I even think of starting such business. They said I have to be in the catering business too.
Is there something y'all not telling us?
This was excellent!! Lots of good information and transparency! Wishing her and everyone tons of success in going after their passion in entrepreneurship 🎉
Wow she gave a lot of information!! Thx
I appreciate her transparency. I've watched a few business videos and so often they don't mention their pitfalls and challenges or just brush past it and focus on only how successful they are. Congrats on your success!

The best interview I had even seen answered all the questions I had in my mind thank you 👏👏👏👏
Simone is awesome! And I think her degree most certainly contibuted to her success: 1) she learned how to think critically, plan strategically, problem solve, research and become disciplined and consistent to reach benchmarks and goals; and 2) her hospitality degree no doubt qualified her for the positions at the hotels where she gained her work experience. All things worked together for her and I wish her the best!
Real-tor NOT Rea-la-tor
Great interview
We should collectively get a law passed that requires each city to publicly state 1) events and or business can be held at each registered building, what would be required for code and zoning, 3) how much the city will charge, and how long it will take.
Last thought, sis, hire people, to support you, its better to create a job than pay it all out excessive tax $$
Fantastic video! I Wish more people understood how much work it is to run even a small business!
The city will kill small buisness with red tape if you let it!!
This was an amazing interview.
Great video
