What is a sweetheart table ?
Stuff like this is literally on my Wedding board in Pinterest.
And if you buy the dresser for wedding decor, you can use it in your house as newlyweds
♡♡
I feel like I only ever comment on these videos with negativity, so maybe I shouldn't point this out, but thrifting furniture is only inexpensive if you have a) somewhere to store it, b) something to transport it with, c) people to lift and position it, and d) something to do with it afterward/someone to get rid of it for you.
Lol the piece of fabric draped onto the ground with candles on top is giving me sooo much anxiety it would be so easy to knock over haha
wedding culture is so bizarre to me like why are these weird furniture pieces just randomly decked out in a field 😂 strange
Like a rug laid out bunched up on a grassy lawn/field is just begging for the ring bearer to trip and lose a tooth on the sweethearts table desk or granny’s wheelchair to get caught and smash into the cake table. It’s a nightmare waiting to happen.
I love love your channel bc you are helping people who need it. I really do. But as someone who was an events server for years, things like this video are absolute fkin nightmares for the event staff. It’s a tripping hazard, it takes hours to set up as we are trying to set up the things that actually matter like…. The tables. It gets in our way as we are sprinting around to try and serve your guests well. I get it’s your wedding but this is a servers every day lives! And of course a wedding is the one day to be open minded to these things, but while doing so, please be considerate of the wait staff of your venue! Their bosses could give 2 craps about their quality of life on the job, they just want YOUR money!
This is great, especially if the couple can than reuse the furniture in their living space after! Or if it can be donated to an organization that helps facilitate assisted housing. So many ways this can work for the wedding and after, and it's a great way to minimize environmental impact!
love it it's amazing tysm
