The bridesmaids wanting sex appeal, um no! I'm sorry ladies but the bride is meant to be the star on that day, everyone else is supposed to dress to fall into the background, including guests. That is what my mom had taught me, you can still wear something nice and colorful as a guest, but under no circumstances are you to upstage the bride in any way! And I've seen people wear outfits to weddings or want a dress as a bridesmaid that is way too sexy and pulls from the bride. Its not a pagent or a catwalk people, its a wedding dressing accordingly and put you're "look at me" shit aside, its not your day.
IMO that is a weird color combination. But the bridesmaids needs to get over it, it's not their wedding.
Ill wear whatever the bride wants as long as shes paying for it.
The colors of those bridesmaids with the bride friend downstairs are terrible. Black and a pale looking purple.

Tbf, I didn't mind that yellow dress. When she said yellow, I had the same reaction as the bridesmaids. But when the yellow dress came out, it wasn't as bad or bold as I thought it was going to be

I got to say the yellow is not flattering to the girls skin tones in fact that particular shade of yellow is very hard for most people to wear

Princess Di wore one-shoulder gowns, they’re very flattering, & pretty with a bow-not giant puffy bows. I believe they draw the eye up away from flaws although not necessary for her.

Chiffon bridesmaids dresses are the best. I love how they flow. Chiffon looks good on all body types. Satin only works for a few people.
I think brides would be better off sticking to just a two-color theme.
