Transylvanians would steal like everything: the bride's bouquet, the bride's shoe, the bride herself. This is usually done by the bridesmaids and groomsmen who can then ask for something in return.

In Bangladesh, turmeric paste is applied on the face and body of the bride and groom a day before the wedding by the close family members and friends to make their skins glow on the wedding. And we also apply henna tattoos on the bride's palm to elbow and both bride and groom exchange floral garlands to show that they have accepted each other in front of the family.

In Singapore and I think just generally in chinese culture (?), we have this thing called the gatecrashing. It’s like the groom is supposed to prove how much he loves the bride by participating in some sort of games with his groomsmen such as drinking nasty concoctions made by bridesmaids and other crazy stuff before he can see the bride.

In the Unite States it is a tradition to think that the rest of the world marries just like we do.
It is also a tradition to look down upon colorful wedding dresses and tuxes, or at least those that are not white & black, and think someone is crazy if they dress like a bridesmaid or groomsmen when they're the ones getting married.
Also bridesmaids usually wear ugly, simple, out of theme dresses.

In India The groom's Shoes gets stolen by the bridesmaids when they are performing marriage. then the bridesmaids asks for a lot of money from the groom in order to give back the shoes. And it is soo mucch fun. There is a song joote do paise lo from movie hum aapke hai kaun. You can watch that if you want to see more abt Indian culture

MAURITIUS
One of the enchanting Rituals of a hindu Wedding in Mauritius is the application of Henna which is the bridal mehendi, applied on the bride’s hand and feet, which acc to hindu beliefs symbolizes the start of a new love and a new life. The bride will be dressed in red saree which is the auspicious color for the bride to bring her happiness in her new wedded life, while the groom will be dressed in a nice sherwani. The wedding ceremony will be conducted by a hindu Priest during which they will exchange floral garlands signifying their acceptance of one another.

I am Bengali and traditionally we do not apply henna instead we apply a red coloured dye like substance in different patterns on our hands and feet. it really looks very beautiful.

In Balkan Countries on wedding day when groom comes to pick up bride he has to pay to her relatives and then to get her.
Also there is a tradition that male couisn or friend of the bride masks himself in bride so they sold him to the groom 😂😂 of course they later give the actual bride. 😂
