About how long does it take you to do a full face glam makeup? I've gotten myself down to about an hour and 15 minutes but I feel like I need to be quicker. By the end of the makeup, I can tell the girls are over it. Can u do a video on how to do a full face in under an hour 😩 I'm also having a hard time booking more than 4 or 5 faces for an event because of my slowness. I appreciate any help or advice. You are AWESOME

Hey. A lot ppl have been asking me to do they wedding for makeup. I didn’t know where to start with a contract. I really appreciate it if I can receive a template to get me started.
When you hire a second artist, do you give them full compensation or do you take a commission on it? Do you charge the bride more for bringing a second artist on?
Your videos are really good. I find myself binging on all of your social content. I'd like to know what your onboarding process looks like? For example, when a bride reaches out via your website, the knot, social media what are the steps you take leading up to when you book her?

This video was sooo helpful. Ive been a free lance makeup artist for yearsss but I’ve worked in very small towns. Recently I’ve had problems with no shows and I just didn’t know how to avoid that situation and getting left with a gap in my work day not to mention not getting paid after saving the date for so long. Hadn’t dealt with this before and idk if it’s because I work in a very small town or I’ve to had very committed clients but this definitely is going to help me be a lot more organized and even more professional. I'd love to see how you clean brushes between clients when you have a bridal party or a group of people. I've been struggling with creating a good strategy and it takes a lot of time I could be using to do makeup on my client and moving to the next client smoothly, Thank you 🙂
