Dress looks the same as a 300$ one lmao
This is a wise couple. They weren't trying to impress anybody. They decided what was best for them. I love what they did.
I'm not going to save on my wedding outfit but rather than a one wear dress I'm going from a two piece! So I can continue wearing it as a casual outfit with jeans or sth and get the money from it as I would from any other piece. Also, it'll be easier to wear and cherish through the years
use the money you have to have the wedding you want 🤷🏻♀️
Why did this even make news. Who cares how much someone’s wedding cost
I disagree with going into debt just for 1 day of joy when you could be using that money for your house and getting out of debt!
Lol I bet the people who spent 50k and are divorced after 3 years are kicking themselves. It's basically 50k bet with 50% chance of failure. I
think more concentration should be spent on the marriage.
Only wedding planners don't like this.
It worked for her. I loved the idea. Do what works for you.
OH HELL NAW
no
Yaaaasssss! Thank you for this!!!! This is how I've felt about this. Good for her, but that may not be what I want.
Could not agree more
ABSOLUTELY NOT
I love that.

Here is a link to a wedding planner who discusses many aspects of getting married. Her channel is her name Wula Manola.

I love that you added go ahead and spend the money but save and work extra. That is the part most people miss.
I used prom dresses for my bridesmaids and my dress was couple of hundred dollars. 😁
Wowww. Impressive! I agree.
Yessss. Love this perspective. The finance sphere involves a lot of shaming others for what they spend and you’re so right that spending is personal. The point of saving is to spend it on what we want, and that’s different for everybody!
