So much love for this video! I actually met my soul sister and best friend through the TIU community and I cannot imagine my life without her so thank you K&K because you brought so much happiness into my life ❤️

I wish I had a BFF to work out, walk and cook! Tried to do it with a couple friends but they were not interested in a weekly walk, so even less workout or fancy healthy dinners…
Anyway, I like to think the whole community are my workout partners 🙂
I remember hearing you girls say how much an accountability partner is helpful but never believed it. Fot this year's Bikini Series I invited one of my friends to do it with me and it has been my best Bikini Series ever!! I was so much more motivated and knowing you have a friend to help you and that supports you does wonders and is very uplifting 🙂
It's hard to find a partner when you live in Britain West Sussex, I've tried to get girls to sign up but they are not interested, hopefully when I do come over next year to florida il be able to meet some TIU girls xxx
