Genuinely curious, is tipping expected at these all inclusive resorts? I'm not American so we really don't tip where im from (unless it's like a special meal).
I actually forgot my swim trunks on my first trip to Cuba. There were no stores anywhere so I had to cut my cargo pants into shorts. 🤣

Your personal item tote should always have a zipper. Things can drop out of that open top under the seat or in the taxi or you could be pickpocketed.

Most of the resorts at Punta Cana have gratuities included!
I only bring money to tip the bartenders.
