Yes, this would work if it is a cold windy beach but for a warm sunny beach this would be too hot for any man in my opinion. It's the beach. Yes, the clothes should be light and airy and not too casual for a formal event.
I love timeless classic styles and miss the quality clothing from the 2Oth century. I don't care for the tight clothing that has been a popular trend for young people for the last 20 years for men and women. So my man will not have a tight jacket or tight pants on for our wedding.

I want him to look like royalty on our special day, a very sophisticated gentleman, so I'm designing his attire and having it tailored made to fit him perfectly! He is 6'4, medium with a solid build. Military man. I don't want anything fussy, hot or flamboyant. Something easy and comfortable to wear. I want him cool and comfortable on our special day.
And no! It want be a suite since we'll be on the beach. Also his shoes will be fashionable but manly sandals complimenting his attire. Any kind of socks will be too hot. I want him happy feeling good looking so fresh and clean. He'll look like royalty!😀 And why shouldn't he! It's his special day to.😊
