Honestly thank you! I’m not getting married or anything (just in the process of getting in shape) but my gym instructor is telling me to do a twenty minute workout every day. I usually go to the gym on Fridays so you kinda saved me from any “punishment” lol and I will DEFINITELY be trying these!
