Do we close the dessert table until the wedding cake is cut? Should we save the top tier or slices for the 1 year anniversary?
Is it rude for bride and groom to have a small cake and they eat the cake and guests eat the other desserts ?

This video DID convince me to go for a dessert table. I'm having a smaller wedding of only 30 people and there's 4 diabetics and I don't need a massive cake. This is a great solution, really pretty, and there's a local bakery/ice cream shop that makes crazy whoopie-pies and homemade dingdongs.

MOB here. Doing the cake and desert table. Carrot cake , Boston cream pie cupcakes, chocolate mini bunts, lemon bars and strawberry mini bunts with white chocolate gnash.
