Question – we prep the meals for the week in advance and store in the freezer? Won't the lettuce etc get soggy when reheated in the microwave?

What about the grocery shopping , putting things away not to me tion the cleanup. You are going to eat the same egg sandwich every day of the week?. How old will those meals taste by the end of the week?. You are cooking complicated meals when using a blender to make salad dressing and then cleaning the blender. You are cooking everything from scratch. This is an unrealistic life style non hack

Meal prep is easy you just need a good quality blender, a vacuum packer, a sous vide machine, and a rice cooker 😅

Hey, just the tablespoon is enough. Please dont say tablespoons followed by "or whatever grams" it converts to. It is a lot of information and you speak quite faster than average already. The only thing i am going to remember from this video is, it is just too many tablespoons or grams.
