Do you not need a subwoofer
correction turntable is not needed to play music just a mixer and speekers Please keep that in mind
i perfer the ddj 400 not the ddj 200
what's the software you are using on your Ipad?
I'm a little worried about the bluetooth connection aspect. Will the controller connect to the laptop in a venue with a lot of other phones/devices which have their bluetooth on? Anyone know?
Hi guys
Great video 👍
I was wondering if you could help me out. I have two tower speakers that have(6 tweeters, 1 midrange n 2-18” woofers) each. The brand is Polm Audio which I never heard of n it doesn’t tell me how many watts it can handle. I just need a good amplifier that won’t let me penny less n my kids can enjoy parties in my backyard. Thanks
I've been looking for YEARS to upgrade speakers. Finally found 2 JBL PRX715's for $700…this is the LOWEST I've ever seen for next level speakers.
Awesome video, my one concern is you did not factor in the purchase of music. I use iTunes and a computer for my djaying and each song is at least 99 cents, up to $2 per song. That adds up quick. In 6 years for music alone I have spent in the neighborhood of $10,000.
Search long enough and get used anything and you got a 1$ mobile dj equipment..
.. Wtf guys…
Hey, guys! THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video! WOW! So, I'm CONSIDERING doing DJing and I'm not sure if I want to do it but this video was SUCH a good help letting me know what to get, how to set it up, and how to cleanly conceal it behind the wall. THANK YOU! My god, you guys are god sent! I have a question:
I've seen wedding setups with battery operated mics and lapel (on the shirt collar or tie) microphones for the wedding officiator. Also, I've seen subwoofers on the bottom, for a 4-speaker setup and also 2 large speakers on stands in the BACK OF THE ROOM (think of a square and a speaker is in each corner of the square).
Is this something I need to be saving up for or considering? This looks like a great setup for starting, but I'm just wanting to be aware of where I need to go in terms of movement. If I need to be building up to that or if I shouldn't need it. I've heard a lot of talk about wedding in the middle of a field (I live in West Virginia right along the Maryland/Washington D.C. border) and also weddings inside of a barn (that's been renovated into a wedding venue). I'm wondering if battery powered speakers is something I also need to be looking into.
Thank you so much from an ABSOLUTE beginner! <3 MUCH LOVE to you guys!
What brand is the Facade? The link no longer works so I want to find it elsewhere if I can get the name. Thanks!
hi dj eric and dj rig web how you dj with old school equipment two
i just want two no two
And in how much time this can pay out?
Lol the way you justify mistakes 😂 just own them. This is getting childish. you can't stress enough how important a mic if and are using a dynamic one implying that thing can cost like 15% of your overal budget which again you do you. Now I do wonder. How often have you ever seen a good DJ do a podcast over the mic? Don't go so all out on that nonsense. Budget would be fine you merely need to do your introduction and then play music. Your acting like that life or death whilst another thing now you forced yourself needing to add a mixer (you didn't actually) to hook it up. This is a mess truly now if you make that mess work then fine but people trying to learn something… Don't copy this and keep watching various videos 😅😂 there no absolute right or wrong but everything that could be done very easily you made very hard it seems.. sorry guys but this wouldn't fly as portable DJ booth here.
How to do this for half the money.
No controller a real mixer but a 4 channel affordable analogue one nothing fancy no need for a controller and a whole seperate mixer just for the mic that's backwards!
Second maybe most important. Learn how sound works and recognise building a speaker box yourself? Leaves you free, can up the db up to Herz range.
No rebuilding everything to try and make it run on 12v. Get a decent deepcycle battery and a 12to either 110/220 volts converter. Now you just have a socket like at home.
You'll spend most on all parts soundsystem related apart from the wood. But this here is half a step forward and 3 backwards
I want to buy this set up
I would not buy this setup at all. I would use that $1,000 to get a better controller 😂
Awesomeness!! Love the content from a new subscriber Mario from 789 Quincy Street in Brooklyn😊
