7 years of dating 🚩🚩 and then he proposed, why he took 7 years to propose 💀😵💫😂
1:16 – No, HE went in thinking it was a good budget, YOU didn't think it was a good budget. Couldve put that money to something useful. Damn. Hopefully he got a prenup.
00:43 – Either she's inflating the numbers by 15k-20k for the cameras or people are literal idiots(leaning toward the latter). Even $35k+ on a DAY is insane. Why spend $40K+ on a DAY when ur likely to get divorced within 10-15yrs, if that. Half the people at these weddings don't mess with you like that anyway lol. Mind you, we haven't even talked about how people are spending 10K+ on rings alone. Weddings today are a literal scam lmao. Ya'll be safe out here tho.
Also, the interviewer asked her about THE avg(35-40K), not HER avg(65-75k). This is edited so might be some sort of tactic by the media. This is nuts.
I looked up on google and i havent seen any avg cost over 40k. Idk where the she got this avg of 60K from. But even 40k is high af.
The wedding industry (the funeral industry as well) is pure highway robbery and it's high time we talk about it
Lol um no I want property
People can Marry without spending a lot depends on what people want!.
This is pure propaganda. This is commercialized. There is absolute ZERO reason why love celebrations should cost that amount of money. It's a social event issue. The need to be seen, the need to be heard. A wedding these days plays out all the childhood trauma. It's sad to see, and worse to know that 58% of these couples will divorce and will be stuck with not only a broken heart, but also with a broken bank account. #traumahealing before wedding
Divorce
Having a wedding and a “production”, are two completely different events.
A small, and cozy wedding is "ONE TO REMEMER"🥂
I would elope in Vegas n call it a day
Then use the extra money to go to Disneyland for the honeymoon
So much investment on the wedding and not the marriage itself. My hubs and I was broke as a joke 😅we married with less than $5K budget and here we are 18 years later, rocking and rolling ❤❤
#ToEachItsOwn
you don't need 65k to get married
All for social media, nobody cares. Men really don’t want to get married and 50% of marriages end in divorce. Stop being desperate
Moral of the story: don't get married.
this is lame
