How is it my responsibility to keep your business going during the pandemic? What about the thousand of businesses that have closed? How is it legal to keep the deposits?

We paid insurance on our vacation and they will not give us our money back. The virus don’t count when everything was shutting down. Not happy.
Non refundable means non refundable. Don’t people read the contract?
