Do people provide Airport to venue/hotel transportation. We are looking at Villa Bettoni in on Lake Garda. It's a little over an hr from Milan's airport. Without tracking everybody's flight schedules, i was thinking continues shuttle: 11am, 2PM etc. We are expecting around 120 people and we'll pick probable 3-4 hotels around. We'll do the day of transports but is the airport overkill? Our guest are coming from US and most have not been to Italy before.
