I'm saving your video for when my youngest daughter gets married. No, she's isn't engaged yet, but I want to have it queued up ready to go for major wedding savings!! 😅

Thank you for sharing! I am trying the hardest to calculate how many flowers I need for the wedding and what to mix together flowers wise. I’m going for similar colors as you, but I only have 1 matron of honor 2 bridesmaids 10 tables I want to put baby’s breathe and eucalyptus on, a backdrop for the sweetheart table and the sweetheart table itself. I’ve tried to write down what I need so many times. 😅

This video is so helpful, thank you! When did you assemble the table vases? Did you do them the night before then transport them with water in vases or did you assemble them at the venue? If at the venue, did you have others doing that for you so you could enjoy getting ready, etc?

I just found your video and I love it. My daughter wants to do her own flowers as well and Costco was right at the top of the list. There is such a huge variety of flowers and I think it’s a fantastic idea. Makes the wedding a little more personal I think to do things yourself. I know not everyone has the luxury of time but for something that is as important as a wedding…any budget can be beautiful with a personal touch!❤

Hi! I'm looking to do this! Can I ask if you had to remove the thorns for the bouquet?

I thought the same thing. I bought Costco flowers to do a practice bouquet for my wedding in September. When I called to get quotes for the bouquets and arrangements. My instant thought was absolutely not. I will make it myself. I didn’t know you can preorder the flowers online. Thank you for the helpful tip. About to head to the website now to order.

I don't see how that would be 10k…so the pinterest ideas must have included higher dollar flowers (dahlias, hydrangeas etc) and an arch/installation.

For those DIY brides out there watching this video, consider contacting a local grower too. I grow flowers locally and sell DIY packages. It is one way to get some of those higher dollar blooms, if they are in season. You would be amazed at some of the flowers you can source locally. 🙂

You could just search local flower farmers and buy fresh long lasting not flown flowers.

Thanks for the video, Sam's Club also has nice wedding floral arrangements that come pre-made (lots of options for white/green color combos).

We are thinking of doing this for my daughters wedding in September. I note you made the bouquets the night before. Did you put them in water at that point until the ceremony the next day? Any insight is appreciated. Thanks’

Hi! We are looking into doing our own flowers for our wedding in June 2024 and some of these flowers are no longer available on the site. Did you notice if this is dependent on the time of year/stock available when you were making your plans?

This is amazing! Thank you for some of the after shots. I'm also looking into doing Costco flowers. Do you have any images of the garland specifically?
