He has always seemed like a dock to me
She seems brainless. Whats the issue?
It is a cult
Sue his ass
Good news sue him 👍 👏
Another Dump Trumpie Dave R…
Soy boy gets fired for acting like a Soy Boy. I LOVE GOOD STRONG LEADERSHIP!!!! Hurrah for Ramsey for putting this Soy Boy in his place…FIRED!
What is illegal in the corporate world would make this woman’s head spin. And it wouldn’t be in her favor
He wants his employees to follow certain principles on which his company was built on. What's wrong with that?
A business operating on biblical principles is not a cult’ I wish I could work for him!😊
I trust 1000 times Dave Ramsay..
That’s insane!! He should lose everything he has.
If I ran a business, I’ll treat my employees, vendors, and clients with kindness and respect with Jewish values. I’ll give them plenty of chances before they are fired. What you do in the bedroom, who you vote for, or what your skin color is none of my business. I’ll hire based on Merit not DEI. I will fire employees for not having enough common sense, repeated poor work performance, or for doing something epically stupid such as a temper tantrum that results in destruction of company property or a Karen meltdown that causes a loss of client(s).
How can any company dictate how you will live your life? Sounds like a page out of the Scientology playbook.
Happy to work in a country with workers‘ rights. If my boss ever attempted to interfere with my private life, I‘d show him the door.
😂
Where's your proof of everything you're talking about .
Attack the guy all you want personally. But it is his business and he has a right to do what he wants with his business. Employees know when they get hired the rules or what is expected of them from the company. Don't break the rules and then after the fact want to sue.
This is discrimination probably at least in the legal stand point . You cannot fire someone because is you cannot fire pregnant women it is ethically and morally wrong .
The dude is based and right
If you don’t agree – don’t work there…
How could it be legal to require employees to agree to no premarital sex?
k, but she signed the employee agreement, and i still like watching Dave call people with horrible finances "stupid," lol
Wow someone’s triggered by being called stupid, here’s an idea don’t be stupid then.
Dave Ramsey lives for controlling others. Having visited his offices in the past, you instantly feel that ‘Cult’ vibration running down your skin. Super creepy!
You sign a morality clause you abide by it. Or dont sign it in the first place. Simple. No one forced you to work there. Go get a job where they dont care what you do.
I have a couple of problems with this, first of all, he's not a ministry. He's a financial office so he needs to stop having a big head. Second of all, if he claims to follow biblical principles, learn The sermon on the Mount dude! You don't talk to people like that!! She may have not followed the policies, whatever. He's still an a**** for talking to people like that. And the fact that he hides behind Christian principles is even more disgusting to me. He could have politely terminated her. Calling people stupid and assholes. There is nothing biblical about that. That's just self-righteous stupidity.
Borrowed – is (s)he wrong? the problem with the term "pre marital sex" or "pre marital" in general is it assumes everyone will marry. not everyone wants to and it is a mathematical and logistical impossibility for everyone to marry, not to mention some people are not suited for marriage. yet god hard wired us all for sex, made it pleasurable for all, and made it mentally and physically beneficial to all. so why would a god who loves us all unconditionally (according to christians anyway) do that and then restrict sex to married couples knowing full well not everyone will marry? that seems cruel. if you don't marry are you supposed to die a virgin? why is it not a sin for two 20 years olds who dated six weeks and had a wedding ceremony to have sex while it is a sin for two 30, 40, 50, 60+ year olds who have been an exclusive yet unmarried couple for years if not decades to have sex? it makes no sense! faith does not bother me. blind faith i find scary as hell, and Dave and those who think like him are emotionally reacting to unmarried people having sex when they should be using logic and reason. if i am missing something please enlighten me
Dave is a man of GOD with biblical principles if you sign a contract then you are expected to abid by it no matter how complicated you think it is. Problem is people don't read or pay attention until they are in a situation as a man of GOD its his duties to not only educate people on financial freedom but also what what bible calls sin fornication is one of them. I dont see nothing wrong with his company policy. But i dont agree he should call people stupid although it is in the bible "Every man is stupid and without knowledge" it is a bit harsh to use it all the time but i dont think he should be sued for it you knew he was a Christian when he hired you
She knew what it was before she started there. Now she can go to work for someone who shares core principles like hers instead of making everyone else tailored to what she believes
Whack story…
So nothing goes against federal law because its his private company ?
I believe this lady is not being truthful about the situation. Every employee that is hired by big Corporation has to go through their HR training information.
I think she was offended because a secret recording of Dave calling her a name that was not good.
She had to have known the company's policies because she notified the company of her pregnancy at 12 wks that's about 2 months of her knowing she was pregnant.
I am sur
