Your milling attachment wasn’t centered we can see the leafs are not straight, you need to take a flat blank make a line in the middle with your gear cutter, make 180 degrees with your divider, draw on the line you just did with a marker and make a new line, If the second one take of the thin layer of marker that mean you are centered, otherwise you need to do it again and again till your two lines are perfectly on each other
