Thank you so much for the explanations! I got into the USA with my K1 visa and we got married! We're preparing our package but I've got a question. I didn't finish my the vaccionations. The doctor said it's only mandatory to have the covid ones and the rest can be completed in the USA. You submitted a letter stating your spouse didn't need another medical, but in my case I should finish them here. Should I state that I require another medical or I can skip sending the letter altogether and wait for them to schedule one for me?

I wish I had the vaccination records handed out to me. Really afraid to get a RFE. Even with having a medical exam back in Germany and paying 500€ and already having all needed vaccinations because I did this before even going to the medical exam, I probably have to get another one in the US…I‘m happy for everyone that got this form handed out to because obviously the Germans are not able to read what it says in the I-693 that you should hand in a copy to the applicant 🤷🏻♀️ hopefully I can find somebody that only updates the vaccination records without doing a whole exam again.

For part 5 on the i864 if I will be using my sister income to meet the requirements she filed her return with husband do I need his w2s too or just the tax transcripts as the i864A asked for “current individual income” which I only put her earning for the year not including his income as well

I’m going to send my Form I-485, but in addition, I will send the Work Permit (I-765) and Travel Permit (I-131). Do these two forms have to be paid at the current fee for the I-485 adjustment, or does each form need to be paid separately according to the changes since April? I have that doubt, and if they need to be paid separately, what would the fee be for the K-1 visa as well? This is my first time applying for a status adjustment.
