I’m not sure what about this looks expensive. I think, from experience abroad in various affluent business ventures, that the key to looking “expensive”, which in itself is still arbitrary, is by having your clothes look tailored to your body is key.

blazers are pricey, not on budget!
Maybe try a more earthy toned blazer, a loose fit white or black T-shirt (black is always best!) a bra, dark denim (can be the same style) a black belt with gold hardware, gold dainty jewelry to match the belt, a black or tan handbag (if there’s hardware gold aswell) then do a nice white sneakers or sandals. Hair and makeup the same and you got it !! ☺️
