How should I organize if not all guests are attending the ceremony?
is there a way to create the guest list that can then be used to create the mailing labels?

What about a married couple? How do you enter their name? I would like to use excel to send the invitations and I don't want there to be essentially two separate invitations sent.

Any advice on what to do when inviting families with children as far as how to include that for the count?
What if you have a husband and wife for example that live in the same address would you put them into different columns? And what if the Person has children how do you add those?
Can anybody elaborate a little bit more about Name & Guest. It's little confusing. Do you mean to say that the perrson under Name is not a guest?

This is awesome. But what if I am inviting a whole household, say a couple plus their kids? How would I incorporate them using this method? Also for # of invitations, would you just go off of the first column?

if you have more than one name under "guest" how do you amount that into the total for that column?

this was the video I should have searched for BEFORE I made my first list on excel. I've had three separate spread sheets for different things, when I could've just done this one. you're a life saver.
