Hi Ashlee, I just wanted to say that I found this video very helpful as I'm currently doing study within this area and one of my goals is to create a Arts & Music Festival in the near future with fellow artists/creators!

I definitely don't think of 150 people as a small event. When I hear start small to learn at your first event I'm thinking you mean like 20 people.

Thank you so much, I’m planning my first seminar/ pop up shop. Not sure where my audience is coming from. However, im sure that I want my audience to walk away feeling empowered, motivated and have tangible resources to start business. I expect the bear minimum as this is a learning experience.
