I actually BOUGHT the GOWN she wanted. But then it was buy bouquet, travel for my gown selection (air transport) , pay for make artists( in addition to travel to my wedding). I backed out and she never forgave me. In our 40s. I hope she’s happy
I actually lost a best friend of 30+ years over a dress. At a certain age, let us be comfortable? But now 10 years later…she won’t talk over a dress
What I’m planning for my wedding is to have the brides men and woman wear an array of reds to pinks while my wife decides what color they would want. Another option could be blue to purple we’ll see.
