Anyone that want a the first gadget – at Walmart there’s one for $4 and I have had to for years, it has a pull string like a lawn mower so there’s that, but I just use it for onions and works great 😂 blade stays sharp.

When we were kids my mom started pureeing the veggies because I hated soggy veggies and so did my sister. We’re now in our 30s and still puree the veggies because tbh it’s faster to cook and making a cool orange color 😂

I've had my Ninja Chop for YEARS & it's the most used small appliance in my kitchen. Mine came with a pitcher to make drinks/smoothies, which I never use. But I literally use the processor 3-4 times a week. I can blend cottage cheese so smooth to make salad dressing. I've made nut butters in it. Seriously, it is LIFE-CHANGING!!!

The Phillips one that’s linked doesn’t look like the one you’re holding. Are you sure it’s $250? That seems a little steep!

Instead of the soup cooker, many blenders can heat and purée

Here I was thinking I was just superhuman whenever cutting onions… you teach me things, even though in this case it ruined my superhuman claim to fame. I had no idea that contacts protected my eyes from the onion gas that triggers tears. 🤯

The ninja chop machine is great for hiding veggies in foods for kids. I have something similar, and I use it for carrots/peppers/celery/onions to put in chilis and pasta sauces.

I've had that soup maker for a couple years and it was such a game changer. I would prep all my ingredients and have them separated into portions in the freezer, then when I'm done with work I'd just toss it into the soup maker and let it do it's thing! Dinner is ready in less than 30 minutes. So convenient because the last thing I want to do after working is prep and cook a whole meal.

I'm late to watching this but the ninja chop device would work great for making baby food. We received the kitchenaide immersion blender / choppee we use all the time for small processing, soups and even whisking. It fits in a drawer and saves space.

Got married 2 years ago and my fav registry items we use often and love are the instant vortex air fryer, ninja blender, ceramic canister set, nice bedding set, and good glassware.

Things I bought after or I wish I'd put on our registry were big fluffy bath sheets, ice maker, toaster, and a ceramic dishware set.

My sister got 7 crockpots as a wedding gift and she didn’t register at all for one 😂😂

The fact that you guys seemed so surprised by a soup maker, really threw me! I've had mine for years and I love it. It's handy when making soups when the kids are at home, as I can throw everything in and walk off and leave it, and not have to worry about it, which is helpful with small humans running round. I also make sauces in mine, partly for that reason, and partly because it blends it as well, so I'm not getting multiple pans and blenders dirty. Though I have a different brand, and it was much cheaper than that one.
