Definitely use witch pimple patches they are AMAZING
Im shaving my face fr years now never had a prb
Nope ingrown hairs you dit is wrong you should never go over your face with a twinkle blade twice once is good twice is bad .always ice before you shave on a clean skin .i promise the results will amaze you.note to self don't use your blade twice throw it away it caries germs
Although I have not done anything like this nor have I ever used any product on my face, Still my face is full of acne and pimples, my entire face is ruined😢😭
i did this and i’m in the middle of the struggle 😕 any tips?
So sorry that happened to your skin! I was breaking out a little bit and decided to try dermaplaning and at first the breakouts started going away..but then my skin just started bumping and crusting up like skin barrier damage. I’ve never had my skin so sensitive and irritated from any skincare product before. I stopped doing it and my skin healed
You don't have to shave dry on skin
I had this same issue I found out shaving the face without oil or moisturizer will does this don't shave dry face some kind of lubrication is necessary 🙁
WHO ASKED
Same
..
Sameeeeee i just ruined my face 😭😭😭😭 its been 2 weeks my facee 😭😭😭😭😭all my beauty is gone
İ always wonder why ppl think it's a great idea to shave their face. Why'd you that. İ don't care if the make up looks textured. You do not need to remove the hair on your face. İt's there to protect you.
Okay so quick story time
So this wasn't so long ago and I was very insecure about my face and how hairy it was so I saw that there was dramatic so I looked into the sink and found a dermablade and decided that I should just shave my face I ended up doing it and like 5 or 2 days later it started burning and I didn't feel like telling anyone because then they would notice that the hair would be missing and they would ask me and I was so scared of getting in trouble that I just slowly suffered with acne just coming so much and it was very painful so as someone that experienced this I would not recommend them uploading but even though it does work for some people it just doesn't work for me and a lot of other people
U need to apply oil before doing it
Did you exfoliate before and after? I have an acne cleaner and a retinol ointment that I used before and after shaving my face. I also didnt shave dry.
literally why i’d never try dermaplaning😭ik my skin and how prone it is to ingrown hairs this would be a disaster for me
I did this too. I didn’t break out as bad as you did, but it did burn. This method is not for everybody.
I am so sorry this happened to you 💔😢! As an esthetician this is why I’m not a fan of diy skincare and certain “skincare trends”. You did an awesome job caring for your skin the transformation is amazing ❤❤❤
Here is a tip
Use cleansing oil or Vaseline or aloe Vera gel on your skin before shaving
Don't shave dry
After shaving, wash your face with a regular cleanser which doesn't have any actives
Don't use active ingredients for at least 2days
For example vitc niacinamide salicylic acid or anything
Don't apply makeup right after
At least a day after
Stick to a hydrating and calming skincare routine
For example using a panthenol or centella based toner or serum and finish off with a ceramide based moisturizer
Keep that in mind if you have sensitive skin don't use products with fragrance. It can trigger
And most importantly don't use the same blade every single time
Change it after 3/4 use
And SANITIZE BEFORE USING
hope it can help🫶🏼
ALWAYS USE A SHARP CLEAN NEW BLADE AND CUT ALONG THE GRAIN, NOT AGAINST IT 😬 you gave yourself folliculitis bbg 🥺💕 It happens to guys who use cheap razors.
Dermaplaning is not a "hack" it is legit skincare, you just have to do it correctly for your skin.
I’m dealing with that right now 😒
I wanted to try face shaving too but one of my classmate tried it before me and her glowy looking skin got full of acme like you actually you got s lot less than her she had more 😭 I even bought the face razor but looking her skin it made me stop because I literally had the clearest skin in my whole damn school and although it might've suited me i didn't want to give it a try at all and till now I have the face razor kept as it is
just clean your face very gentle! And don't use make up for a few days. Use toner. Take care and be careful with your skin.
This is what happened to me and I regret it.
Me too….suffered this……
don’t touch your face with dirty hands. don’t let anyone touch your face.
You have to use oil and shave the right direction and you’ll be absolutely fine
Same happened to me
After plenty of " skin treatments" instead of eating healthy and workout or exercise…
Why woman where makeup is easily obvious
You’re also not supposed to put on makeup on after ur shaving and use a facial oil and the spray!
How did you get your skin back to normal??
