I know this video was 2 years ago but hopefully you will respond to my comment. By any chance, do you have a video where you elaborate more every sheets of the google sheets? Also, can we edit the survey form based on our event and how.

Hi! 2 years later, are you still using google sheets? have you explored other project management softwares like asana and salesforce? how do you think they compare to your structure?

Well, I have a diploma in event management, and I was aspiring to something systematic. Perhaps I could learn from someone who would not have long experience in this field, like you.

@jeffsu I am looking for a short intro video on someone's personal journey on how they became professional event planning for a free resource for high school students– would you do one? I hope you consider!

Great video, Jeff!

Do you have a version of this file in Excel, or do you only work out of Google Sheets? It’s an incredible resource either way, just curious. Thanks!

hi jeff! can i ask if you ever considered using notion for event planning? :0 and if you did, if you could share a template for that?

context: my main concern right now is figuring out the timeline for event preparations, and i found that using notion really helped me visualize work timelines and deliverables as well as create filter views for separate departments to look at. however, after watching this video, i realized that there's a lot more information that i should be making available to my team & wondered if i could replicate what you did on googlesheets to notion just as effectively.

thanks for making such great videos & tutorials! 🎉

Great content, Jeff!

What program interface would you recommend for customer registration for let’s say a training program event?

Great video. You got me to watch your entire lesson on skillshare. It should be very helpful as we move forward with a small conference of 40-50 people. I wonder if you have any suggestions for logistical in-person event stuff like badges, arrival and hotel booking, and stuff like that. We are also looking for a very simple conference app solution that can have a brochure, schedule, speaker bios, local info, and in-app messaging. Any suggestions would be splashing! Thanks again for your content. I would keep my skill share account if there were more deep dives from you on it. peace.

It’s interesting to know how broad marketing can be 😮 I used to be under the impression that marketing=sales (my first principles of marketing class quickly dispelled that thought though) but now I’m finding out how prevalent event planning can be in some marketing roles, pretty cool stuff :3

Thanks for the video!
