Just for safety, a woman who came to the United States on a tourist visa and we get married after 90 days and she returns to her home country without staying in the United States and applying for adjustment of status. Can she then apply for a CR1 visa? Or only those who marry aboard in her home country are eligible to apply a CR1 visa?
