I’m German passport holder but I’ve been living in the UK for over 15 years , I have a settlement status. I’m planning on marrying someone who is of France nationality and we are thinking of living together in the UK. What’s the best process for this ? Applying for the Fiancé visa and then a civil partnership visa ? If that’s the case would she have to renew it every 2 years and then later apply for eu settlement status ?
