THANK YOUUUUUUUU!!! This was my first meal prep ever! I haven’t been wanting to do this because meal prep sounds boring and time consuming but damn! YOU MADE IT SO EASY! using the same bowls and same pans? simple details but genius! Taste test approved by my picky teenager!
If you have an air fryer, if you season your chickpeas and put a little olive oil on them and throw them in the air fryer, they turn out extremely crispy and they are so amazing on a salad
You must try some masala on your chicken/meat or Hawaij spice! The same goes for rice. You're welcome 😉

Hi, just a question, is all these meals eaten cold?, how long do they keep? I really enjoyed this video as I have commented on various meal prep videos “ how can you eat the same meal everyday?” It must be so boring. So you were a breath of fresh air doing all these variable meals and you made it look so easy. Keep them coming 🙏
Can I use soaked chickpeas overnight or should i boil them before roasting? Thank you very much!
