There is a big difference between cancelling, and postponing. I find it hard to believe that people are "cancelling" 😀
Our wedding was supposed to be May 23rd. We were forced to postpone about a week ago, because of the virus and because my fiancé is in the military and there’s a travel ban for members of the military right now. So he couldn’t fly home to WA for the ceremony anyway. It’s truly heartbreaking.

Don't cancel it. But instead gather everyone not a lot of people but not less either. Have everyone wear masks and then instead of the reception take everyone in a long drive and cellebrate! Of course without anyone getting out of their cars!

I am a evening and wedding dresses seller from China, most of our customers are from US and Europe, because of coronavirus, my business fall down 90%. we hope the virus will end soon, most of styles are on big discount now

I think instead cancel maybe it's good to just rescedule it.. honestly I am in this situation right now. it's just so hard and so stressfull to think. I was supposed to get married in June in Bali. But we have no choice but to postpone it. We contact the vendor and they are very kind and helpful. I hope this situation will gradually improve.
My friend got married last week. Just them, the officiant and witnesses. They lived streamed it on Facebook for everyone to watch and will have a party later this summer

As a wedding Videographer, I had April, May and June weddings all postponed. As spring and Summer is the biggest season so it’s frustrating and sad to hear all these couples postpone and cancel due to family not being able to attend etc. it’s best to stay safe, the love will last.
