Hi Nate great video and thank you for the info! Im from Miami do you have any information and advises on starting a boat/yacth chartering business?
Most people spend 30k on a wedding im gonna spend 30k and buy the venue
I'm inheriting anywhere from 140-240 acres with a house on it. Been thinking about starting a rustic type wedding venue. Maybe a build a barn and an outdoor altar next to a field of wildflowers.
Thanks for the info
What's the difference between wedding planning and managing wedding receptions. I'm curious to know the tasks between a wedding planner and a reception manager.
Solid video 👍 but why do most articles about wrdding venues report that most venues barely break even for first few years?
Would be nice to know what pitfalls to avoid.
Can you do nail salon
if you haven’t already made this video, i would love to your analysis on opening a gym (commercial vs private)!
hi! great video. why did you land on about 40% as operational expenses in your calculations?
I have 1/2 and acre I’m think of using as a venue. Ya think an outdoor venue has similar rentability(if that’s even a word) as an indoor?
SIR, WHY ARE YOU YELLING?😮
Great Insight, Nate. Appreciate your views on wedding business. I too agree it is real estate business rather.
Thank u for the info!!!!
I’m looking at purchasing a wedding venue. I think you’re kind of doubling your estimated income. Weddings take more than just one day and will take up the entire weekend plus some. The wedding itself is one day but you have set up, rehearsal, dinners, the wedding, and teardown.
Great infooo!
Hey. Just stating my thoughts. I know you’re using examples but a million dollar wedding venue around me is way over board. That would never be profitable anywhere but cities.
I like your break down of critical decision making factors. I am looking to get into this once I retire from the Marines soon. Im not sure if you’ve done so yet but could you review RV/boat storage?
Great video, I’d expect this to have way more views. I like your straight to the point video, no fluff, just the information that the title promised. Thank you!
Great information , thanks a lot, I am actually thinking of opening a wedding venue in Montreal Canada. And the Information you have provided was eye opener.
Thanks again
