I'm inheriting anywhere from 140-240 acres with a house on it. Been thinking about starting a rustic type wedding venue. Maybe a build a barn and an outdoor altar next to a field of wildflowers.

Thanks for the info

What's the difference between wedding planning and managing wedding receptions. I'm curious to know the tasks between a wedding planner and a reception manager.

Solid video 👍 but why do most articles about wrdding venues report that most venues barely break even for first few years?
Would be nice to know what pitfalls to avoid.

I have 1/2 and acre I’m think of using as a venue. Ya think an outdoor venue has similar rentability(if that’s even a word) as an indoor?

I’m looking at purchasing a wedding venue. I think you’re kind of doubling your estimated income. Weddings take more than just one day and will take up the entire weekend plus some. The wedding itself is one day but you have set up, rehearsal, dinners, the wedding, and teardown.

Hey. Just stating my thoughts. I know you’re using examples but a million dollar wedding venue around me is way over board. That would never be profitable anywhere but cities.

I like your break down of critical decision making factors. I am looking to get into this once I retire from the Marines soon. Im not sure if you’ve done so yet but could you review RV/boat storage?
