As a recent subscriber who has been binge watching your videos the last couple months and have pieced together what happened I am just so sorry. You guys did not deserve that. Wow, I am only a recent viewer and have been watching your content non stop, and I just came across this video.. I went through the exact same thing last year and I’m so sorry. I know exactly how both of you feel. I had my wedding all planned out, my dress picked out, and last minute me entire family said they would not show up. So I cancelled it, Im still hurt about it. But we still decided to get married – just with no wedding. You two are a beautiful couple, and I’m sorry that happened to you both. ❤️

Some of my family wasn't supportive of my marriage but we got married & have been together for 26yrs now. My Bf and I talk about marriage and if we were to have a full on wedding who would we even invite because our families dont make things easy. But something Ive been learning from other life stuff is that we dont have to have those people apart of our special moment to make it special even when it is extremely hard not to have them. At the end of the day we have to do what makes ourselves happy and especially in the best interest of ourselves. Im so sorry that you have had to go through such hurtful times with your family that led to this tough decision. Maybe in time when you feel ready to start planning your special day again, just to invite those who have truly shown you incredible love and support even if it is a few people.
