I just heard this song (well played it about 5 times in a row)….My daughter and her dad are looking for the perfect Father/Daughter song and he is a strong believer that his dance with her for her wedding be one that is a Waltz. My Tatay passed away 10 years ago. They played this song during my wedding. I danced with my uncle who was very close to me. I cried while dancing and whenever I play this song because I miss my father so much. I hope he's there. I didn't even get a chance to dance with him. This December my lil gets married. So since last year and this year all the talk is about the wedding. Yesterday she comes up to me…daddy how we gonna dance and to what song? I held my tears in and had to make a joke about it. She goes why you starting to get teary-eyed? Cuz…I was cutting onions earlier. So this thr first song that came up when I looked daddy daughter songs. It's a beautiful song. I raised my kids by my self, two boys and a girl. It was tough, but now they're all grown and leaving my nest one by one. Been a single dad since 2006, they're MY WORLD. 😢❤😊

I found this song and balled my eyes out, I went to my parents house and made sure my dad was gone and played it for my mom. She sobbed and said it was perfect, I decided I didn't want my dad to know… I kept our father/daughter song a secret until the day of my wedding.
